Title - How to record old photos and documents
Equipt needed - Scanner, PC's, beneficiaries, a tutor
Format of session - Group will be working individually, which will allow for one-to-one help where necessary. Tutor will demonstrate the process of scanning documents from a beginners level, and learners will then repeat this process.
Brief outline of session - Individuals will learn how to record old family photos, old wills, letters and other documents, onto a digital format, by scanning documents and saving them into relevant folders on their computer. Dependent on the pace of the learners, possibilities to also show how to edit, restore, and print documents.
Learning outcomes - individuals can start up their computers, load and scan documents, save, edit and print documents.
